No. Coaching helps you become a better version of who you already are. Unicorn for Leaders is brand strategy — applied to a human. We're not your therapist; we're your strategic partner for becoming legible to the world.
How is this different from "personal branding"?+
Most personal branding is content tips. Unicorn for Leaders is brand strategy — the same craft we use for businesses — applied to the leader. You walk away with positioning, a POV, a story architecture and an activation plan, not just a content calendar.
Can it run alongside the Unicorn business engagement?+
That's where it works best. The company brand and the leader brand are two halves of the same equation, and running them together means the founder, the company and the market are telling one coherent story — not three competing ones.
What if I'm not the founder — I'm an exec or emerging leader?+
The method is the same; the application changes. We adapt the sprint or cohort to the moment in your career — promotion, transition, board portfolio, fractional practice, or moving into the next room you're meant to be in.
How long is the commitment?+
A sprint is 1–2 days. A cohort is 12 weeks. The fractional partnership runs on a 3-month minimum and continues for as long as it's the right thing. Most retainer relationships go a year or more.
